The HDCC Incumbent Protection Fund is the only organization whose sole mission is to re-elect every Democratic member of the Texas House and whose singular purpose and focus is to assist incumbent Democrats with their re-election efforts.

Funds raised into HDCC Incumbent Protection Fund will be spent exclusively on electing incumbent Democratic members.
